Can you see the face on this tree? (Looks like a old man, I think.) I thought it reminded me of the trees in the Wizard of Oz. You know, the ones that throw apples at Dorothy in the forest! This is my neighbors tree. I can see this face out my front window. Once the tree gets it's green coat in the spring, you can't spot the face very well. The first time I saw the face I just stood there. It took me by such surprise. I'm not sure if the tree's weird or I'm weird for having spotted it. I'd like to think that I'm taking time to "smell the roses". One question - Have you taken time to "smell the roses" lately?
