I love books!

I just finished a new book and I can't wait to get the next. I have decided that I am an old soul. I love stories from frontier times. I love reading about the hardships that they over came to create the America we call home today. It is really amazing to think how hard life was then, and still I wish I had been born in those days. Maybe that is why I love making bread, knitting and having lots of children. I know for some this is not popular, but it is heaven for me. I long for the day to hold another beautiful Kriner baby.

Any way...back to the book...."An Untamed Land" by Lauraine Snelling. Dh brought it home to me over the weekend, when everyone was sick and I was going stir crazy. He is a wonderful man. He knows that I like to occupy my head with stories. He stopped this evening to see if the store had the next book in the series for me, but they did not. We are going to try again at another store and if they do not have it there, then we'll go to amazon. I am going to start a book log on the side bar. I am currently reading several books, but the fiction ones bring me great joy.
