Getting Ready for a Birthday Bash

Wow! Yesterday was MB's 5th birthday. I can hardly believe it. It feels just like yesterday that we brought her home from the hospital. It was the best Christmas, having a new baby around the house to cuddle. But, five years have come and gone, now she's growing up in to a really sweet girl. We didn't have her party yet, we are planning a joint party for her and the twins tomorrow at Chuck E Cheese's. I know, I know...we are NUTS! It just seemed easier this year since I haven't been able to do a lot of deep cleaning like I normally would. Pray, people, pray.

In case you were wondering.....

As of yesterday, I can drive, vacuum, and all that good stuff again. Other than picking up a nasty cold I am doing great. I had a few rough days, but that was it. I'm drinking more and looking forward to Monday when I can officially have pureed food. I know that doesn't sound good to you, but for me it sounds wonderful. I've been drinking nothing but liquids since Thanksgiving! I will only have to do that for two weeks, then I can start to eat REAL food slowly. I even dreamed last night that I ate a piece of pizza! It was really funny, because I knew it was going to hurt my stomach, but I just couldn't resist. How terrible is it when you dream about eating pizza?
